Our Presidents Message
Hello everyone, it has not been very long since our last newsletter so there is not much to write about.
Several Chapter #1 members attended the RPRU in SD a couple weeks ago. There was a good attendance and a good number of exhibits considering everything that has went on this year. I would like to thank Penni and everyone that helped with the chapter table, since we were one of the few chapters that made it our merchandise sales were great! 2023 RPRU was voted on to go to Grand Island, NE.
Our next membership meeting will be held in conjunction with our state show at the NEMO Old Threshers in Shelbina, MO September 17-20. We will have director’s elections at the meeting, director that are up for election this year are Norman Williams, Randy Weiss, and James Mitschele. Meredith Witt and Tom Lindley have also been nominated.
Please note that as of right now the state show is still on but as with everything this year nothing is guaranteed so please double check before coming to make sure it has not been canceled. We will keep our Facebook page and website updated with any new information.
Hope everyone stays safe and hopefully we will get to see everyone at Shelbina.
