The RPRU 2025 will feature 2+2, Scout II, and W40. RPRU 2025 will be held at the historic Missouri State Fairgrounds in Sedalia, MO.

Vendors

Vendor Liability Insurance

Liability insurance is required to be a vendor at RPRU 2025. Vendors can obtain the required insurance from their own agent or broker but are required to send proof of insurance to Rainprotection. Vendors can obtain insurance from Rainprotection if they do not have it through their own Broker.

Lodging & Camping

Camping

Missouri State Fairgrounds has an inner campground that will be utilized during the RPRU 2025. With 347 campsites available it will be on a first come first serve basis.

The current rate as of 7/5/24 is $35.00 but it will be the current rate that MSF is charging at the
time of the show.

If you arrive during the week, please go to the administration office to pay for camping. There
will be security doing collections for camping of an evening and you will need to pay with check
or cash.
